Executive – Property (Renewals)

Al Ghurair Properties is seeking a dedicated Property Executive to enhance the tenant experience with a primary focus on lease renewals. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining tenant satisfaction across our residential portfolio, ensuring tenants remain engaged and choose to continue their stay. Acting as a liaison between tenants, the Leasing team, and Operations, you will facilitate smooth and efficient lease renewal processes while upholding high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive tenant retention and satisfaction initiatives throughout the residential portfolio.
- Clearly communicate company policies and procedures to tenants, managing expectations effectively, especially during lease renewals.
- Collaborate closely with the Leasing team (handling both new leases and renewals), Finance, Legal, Operations, and the Contact Center to resolve tenant concerns impacting renewal decisions.
- Proactively follow up on tenant issues flagged by Operations, particularly when tenants are unresponsive to multiple contact attempts, encouraging timely corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports on tenant living experiences and satisfaction levels.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and retention rates.
- Assist the Property Manager with daily departmental activities to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or Real Estate Management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management, including at least 1 year as a Property Executive.
- Proven expertise in customer service, relationship and conflict management, effective communication, planning and organizing, decision-making, results orientation, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Experience working with reputable real estate developers or landlords, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction and experience scores.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified specialized courses in relevant real estate fields are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market, covering both freehold and non-freehold properties, is preferred.
