Our client, a reputable organisation headquartered on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, is seeking a reliable and organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their CEO. The ideal candidate will excel at managing a demanding schedule, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role requires a proactive individual who can keep operations running smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organise daily activities to ensure optimal time management.
- Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Draft letters, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries, coordinating logistics as required.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Maintain organised and confidential records, safeguarding sensitive information at all times.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a closely related role.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Workspace tools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of maintaining discretion in handling confidential matters.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This position is based on-site at the Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi. It is tailored for professionals with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, and the compensation package reflects this level of expertise. The monthly salary range is Rs70,000 to Rs80,000.
