This full-time, on-site Executive Assistant position is based in Gulberg, Lahore, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The role involves supporting the team and acting as a professional point of contact for UK clients. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly and professional liaison for UK clients by handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing updates, following up on matters, and ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and courteous communication with clients via telephone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and completing general office tasks.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and organize business documents, reports, and correspondence to maintain professionalism and accuracy.
- Manage data by keeping records up to date, maintaining databases, and ensuring information is well-organized and accessible.
- Coordinate meetings by arranging schedules, taking notes when required, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist team members with daily operational tasks and contribute to ongoing project management.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support the team’s work.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Confident and clear communicator on the phone with clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Based in Lahore or willing to relocate before the start date.
- Comfortable working the specified hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
