We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing sector to provide comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate will manage executive-level tasks, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain effective communication within the organization. This full-time role demands the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives to optimize their schedules. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive to ensure timely and clear communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with accuracy and a strong attention to detail. Organize and maintain files, records, and important documents to support operational efficiency. Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics involving internal teams and external stakeholders. Screen visitors and manage daily administrative tasks to maintain a professional office environment. Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted office functionality. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager to support organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative role within the manufacturing industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software and tools used for preparing reports and presentations. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all professional matters.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position based in Sialkot. Candidates should be able to commute reliably to the location or be willing to relocate.
