Located in University Road, Karachi, this role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000. The position requires an experienced Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3 to 4 years supporting senior management such as Managing Directors or CEOs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to work independently while managing confidential information. Immediate joining is expected, and the role involves occasional visits to the Port Qasim Plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director, CEO, or senior management team.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using MS Office tools.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements as required.
- Visit the Port Qasim Plant when necessary to support operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and report writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a corporate or industrial environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with coordinating between multiple departments and external stakeholders.
- Work location is in-person at the Karachi office, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
