The Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and review documents, maintain records, and ensure effective communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves coordinating meetings and events, preparing agendas and minutes, and following up on action items to support timely decision-making. Managing confidential information, prioritizing tasks, and proactively improving administrative processes and executive workflows are essential aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage senior leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel logistics.
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle correspondence, draft, review, and maintain documents and records.
- Coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas and minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Facilitate effective communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document preparation, record keeping, and office organization.
- Experience in preparing and managing expense reports with high accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and maintain professional correspondence.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, and calendar applications.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and reliability in supporting senior leadership.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
