Executive Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Development Manager to join our Faisalabad branch and contribute to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage executive-level client relationships to drive business growth.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives across various sectors including consumer banking, microfinance, and financial products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance goals of the branch.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate.
- Relevant experience in at least one of the following fields: consumer banking, microfinance banking, pharmaceutical sales, life insurance sales, cellular sales, stock exchange brokerage, or mutual funds/asset management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as part of job requirements.
