Executive-Fiber Operations

We are seeking a dedicated professional with 2-3 years of experience in FTTH quality, deployment, and field operations to join our team in Peshawar. The role involves managing and coordinating various aspects of FTTH projects to ensure timely and quality delivery in line with company standards. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month and requires hands-on involvement at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate across departments to propose optimal solutions for FTTH projects.
- Ensure deployment and rollouts adhere to PTCL specifications and standard operating procedures, maintaining high-quality assurance standards.
- Regularly update all project trackers to reflect current progress.
- Organize Post-Activation Tests (PATs) for completed FTTH projects in collaboration with vendors, QA, and operations teams.
- Provide support and guidance to teams and vendors during site surveys and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for project sites.
- Plan and finalize project sites efficiently.
- Manage coordination for installation and commissioning activities, ensuring completion within established timelines.
- Liaise with various agencies to resolve Right of Way (ROW) issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are closed successfully within the designated time frame.
- Prepare Project Implementation Plans (PIP) and track project progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Arrange site surveys and ensure timely submission of feasibility reports related to FTTH deployment.
- Oversee vendor management to guarantee timely completion of FTTH deliverables, including deployments and PATs, facilitating smooth handover to Fiber Operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in FTTH quality, deployment, and field operations.
- Proven ability to work on-site in Peshawar and manage field activities effectively.
