Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities for assigned projects and purchase requisitions, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services. Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) through SAP Ariba, coordinate vendor clarifications, and facilitate fair and transparent bid evaluations. Maintain procurement documentation including RFQs, comparative statements, and attachments within SAP. Collaborate closely with Technology, Administration, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations. Ensure timely approvals, creation of Purchase Orders (POs), and order placements in SAP. Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports related to PRs, POs, and overall procurement activities. Prepare Project Status Reports, open PO reports, and procurement cycle reports. Coordinate with Finance for budget confirmation, payment processing, and vendor settlements. Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, processes, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Between 1 to 2 years of relevant procurement experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP HANA and SAP Ariba. Skills in contract drafting and negotiations. Ability to conduct market research and perform price benchmarking.
