Executive HR & Finance

This full-time, on-site Executive HR & Finance position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires working evening shifts. The role involves supporting various HR and finance functions, including payroll processing, maintaining employee records, handling HR administrative tasks, managing accounting transactions, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory reporting. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor’s degree along with practical experience in payroll and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle accounting transactions including journal entries and financial record keeping.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly.
- Prepare and assist with taxation matters including Income Tax and Withholding Tax (WHT).
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of one year of practical experience in payroll, HR administration, and finance-related tasks.
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Understanding of Income Tax and Withholding Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- Experience in preparing journal entries and maintaining financial records.
