Executive Human Resources

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on generalist functions, and possess a solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR responsibilities effectively within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and organizational policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs aligned with company goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and talent development needs.
- Utilize MS Office tools to prepare documentation, presentations, and reports.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree, preferably an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
