Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the country’s IT infrastructure, including telecom systems and end-user support, ensuring efficient and standardized IT service delivery.
- Implement and manage country-specific IT security protocols to mitigate cyber threats effectively.
- Streamline IT service delivery processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Utilize modern IT infrastructure technologies to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Maintain reliable telecom communication systems that facilitate effective collaboration across teams within the country.
- Manage user access rights to uphold appropriate levels of system and data security.
- Support data protection initiatives, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the IT department of a multinational or reputable local logistics company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of IT procedures and policies.
- Proven ability to influence individuals and teams to meet organizational goals.
- Excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
