Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure equipment and utility reliability.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues using structured root-cause analysis to minimize operational disruptions.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks to support continuous plant operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation within a regulated manufacturing environment, including CMMS and engineering records.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance requirements, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environment (HSE), and engineering standards.
- Collaborate effectively with Production, Quality Assurance, HSE, and other operational teams.
- Contribute to technology upgrades and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry.
- Practical knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance systems.
- Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), maintenance records, and engineering documentation.
- Understanding of equipment and utility maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with calibration systems, spare parts management, and maintenance planning.
- Awareness of quality, HSE, and engineering compliance requirements in a regulated setting.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Engineering and is part of the Engineering Operations team.
