Executive Network

The Network Executive (Retail IT) will oversee and support all network-related activities across retail shops, nationwide offices, and remote locations. This role involves managing IT infrastructure in a mixed desktop and laptop environment, ensuring smooth network performance, security, and connectivity. The position requires proactive monitoring and maintenance of retail systems, timely updates, and resolving technical issues reported by end users to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support IT infrastructure for nationwide offices, smaller remote locations, and retail stores.
- Provide user support in a mixed desktop and laptop environment.
- Monitor network performance across retail stores and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and schedule necessary system and retail system updates.
- Ensure network security and maintain reliable connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve network hardware, software, and system issues promptly.
- Support the Retail Pro computer application, ensuring its connectivity and network security.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates, and patches.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in network management and security.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.

Location and Compensation:
This position is based at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore, with an in-person work requirement. The monthly salary range is Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
