We are looking for a committed professional to manage shift operations and production activities at our manufacturing facility near Zia More, Metroville, Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee daily production schedules, ensure smooth operational flow, and uphold stringent quality and safety standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role demands active engagement with equipment handling, documentation, and team leadership to achieve production goals while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute shift operations and production tasks according to the assigned schedule.
- Delegate responsibilities to operators, monitor their performance, and provide guidance to maintain effective team functioning.
- Operate and supervise the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant in strict compliance with established SOPs.
- Carry out shift-specific duties as directed by the line manager.
- Clean all equipment that contacts raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products at the beginning and end of each production day or as required.
- Review, verify, and sign all production-related documentation, including plant log sheets and start-up/shutdown checklists.
- Prepare production batches on all manufacturing units following the prescribed SOPs.
- Maintain product and resource wastage within defined limits.
- Accurately record and control process parameters, ensuring documentation is complete and current.
- Prevent machinery and equipment damage by following operational guidelines diligently.
- Keep detailed records of scheduled and preventive maintenance activities and inform the production supervisor about upcoming maintenance needs.
- Perform autonomous maintenance on manufacturing units to support uninterrupted production.
- Promptly report any nonconformance or operational issues to the line manager.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the line manager relevant to the role.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education).
- Age range between 25 to 35 years.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
