Executive Sales Representative (RCM)

Avorcms Services LLC – RCM specializes in medical billing and comprehensive healthcare revenue cycle management for mental health, behavioral health, dental, and medical practices. The company oversees the entire patient billing process, from appointment scheduling to final payment collection, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement. This full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad focuses on identifying and developing international business opportunities, particularly targeting healthcare providers and related organizations in global markets. The role involves conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, managing prospect pipelines, and building strong relationships with decision-makers through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Promote and sell services to small and medium-sized clinics in the US.
- Understand prospects’ business needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present service proposals, pricing, and company information.
- Negotiate with prospects and work toward closing new deals.
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.

Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in revenue cycle management (RCM) sales.
- Proficient spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups.
- Ability to communicate professionally with US-based clients.
- Demonstrated lead-generation and client-conversion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
