Executive SAP ABAP/BTP

This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing SAP technical solutions using ABAP and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to ensure smooth business operations. The successful candidate will play a key part in system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The position requires close collaboration with various functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and support ongoing SAP upgrades and rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance SAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, and other technical objects to meet business requirements.
- Build and integrate applications leveraging SAP BTP components such as APIs, OData services, workflows, and CDS views.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including performance bottlenecks, system dumps, and integration failures to maintain system stability.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including test cases and transport logs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with functional teams across modules like MM, SD, FICO, HCM, PM, and PP to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Support SAP upgrades, system rollouts, and contribute actively to digital transformation projects within the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting automation and best technical practices to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP BTP technologies.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP, including both classical and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with SAP Forms such as Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
- Strong knowledge of the Enhancements Framework, including BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
- Familiarity with OData services, CDS Views, and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
- Practical experience with SAP BTP components such as Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Cloud Application Programming (CAP), RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), Fiori/UI5, and Workflow.
- Understanding of SAP Integration Suite and its application in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of the S/4HANA environment and its technical architecture.
