Executive SAP ABAP/BTP

This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing SAP technical solutions using ABAP and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to ensure smooth business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives within the organization. The position requires close collaboration with various functional teams to deliver comprehensive SAP solutions and support ongoing upgrades and rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance SAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, and other technical objects to meet business requirements.
- Build and integrate applications leveraging SAP BTP components such as APIs, OData services, workflows, and CDS views.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including performance bottlenecks, system dumps, and integration failures to maintain system stability.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, test cases, and transport logs to support development and deployment activities.
- Collaborate effectively with functional teams across modules like MM, SD, FICO, HCM, PM, and PP to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Support SAP upgrades, rollouts, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects aimed at improving business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by automating processes and adopting best technical practices within the SAP environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP BTP technologies.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming including both Classical and Object-Oriented approaches.
- Experience with SAP Forms such as Smart Forms and Adobe Forms.
- Knowledge of the Enhancements Framework including BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Spots.
- Familiarity with OData services, CDS Views, and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP components such as Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Cloud Application Programming (CAP), RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), Fiori/UI5, and Workflow.
- Understanding of SAP Integration Suite and its application in enterprise environments.
- Awareness of the S/4HANA environment and its technical landscape.
