The Executive Undergraduate Programs role at SMCS is designed to provide comprehensive support for the academic, administrative, and operational management of undergraduate programs, specifically BS Computer Science and BS Mathematics. This position ensures effective coordination across various academic processes, facilitates student support, maintains accurate records, and upholds compliance with established academic standards. The role works closely with program coordinators and management to promote smooth program delivery and enhance the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager, SMCS, and Undergraduate Program Coordinators in handling academic and operational matters related to undergraduate programs.
- Facilitate student registration processes, provide academic support, and monitor student progression to ensure timely completion of degree requirements.
- Coordinate all aspects of undergraduate final year projects (FYP), including proposal submissions, evaluations, and final defenses where applicable.
- Assist in curriculum coordination, admissions activities, student orientations, seminars, workshops, and other academic events to support program objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive student records, academic data, course information, and all relevant program documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support accreditation efforts, program reviews, internal assessments, and collaborate with the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) and other relevant departments.
- Liaise effectively with faculty members and administrative departments to ensure the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of undergraduate programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in academic administration, program coordination, student affairs, or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, enhancing the candidate’s ability to contribute to academic and operational excellence.

This position demands strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems.
