Executive- Warehouse Operations

Utopia Brands Pakistan is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to manage warehouse operations at their facility on Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role specifically oversees the USA warehouse operations during the evening shift, from 6 PM to 3 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse functions by demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
- Lead, manage, and develop warehouse teams to achieve and exceed productivity targets.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience in warehouse operations are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate coordination across departments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Good understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control techniques, and labor utilization strategies.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a starting salary of Rs70,000 per month. This is an in-person role based at the Shahrah-e-Faisal location, requiring availability during the specified evening shift hours.
