Experienced Call Center Closer

One Stop BPO is seeking experienced Closers to join our dynamic team. We welcome candidates with proven success in closing deals across any campaign or vertical. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound and inbound campaigns to engage and qualify prospects.
- Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward closing deals.
- Present product or service solutions that meet client needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with prospects and team members.
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in closing sales or similar roles.
- Experience working on outbound or inbound campaigns.
- Strong objection-handling and communication skills.
- Target-driven with confidence in phone-based sales.
- Ability to consistently convert qualified leads into closed deals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- This is an on-site position located at Range Road, Rawalpindi.
- The shift timing is night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Competitive salary structure with a basic pay of PKR 100,000 plus incentives.
- Total earning potential can reach up to PKR 250,000 based on performance.
