The Experienced Cold Caller will be based full-time at the Getech.pk office in Lahore. This role involves proactively reaching out to prospective clients to introduce the company’s digital and AI-powered services. The primary duties include making outbound calls to targeted business leads, qualifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and scheduling follow-up meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. The position requires maintaining accurate records within CRM systems, adhering to structured call scripts while adapting to client responses, and consistently achieving or surpassing call and conversion targets. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential to refine messaging, provide market feedback, and support lead-generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted business leads to generate interest in Getech.pk’s digital and AI-powered services.
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and readiness to engage with the company’s offerings.
- Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client requirements, effectively communicating the value of services such as SEO, PPC, and app development.
- Schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team to advance the sales pipeline.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-up activities.
- Follow structured call scripts while adapting communication style based on client responses and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and share insights from client interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, with the ability to confidently engage decision-makers and handle a high volume of calls.
- Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and persuasive presentation abilities, including professional telephone etiquette.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data entry skills to manage leads and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of digital marketing and technology services such as SEO, PPC, web, and app development, or a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles, preferably within B2B or technology-focused sectors.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent time management, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
