Experienced Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Jobs

Incorpify is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our sales team at our Lahore office. This role is focused on engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting our services clearly, and converting prospects into loyal clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive in following up with leads, maintaining professional communication, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with customer leads provided by the company.
- Communicate professionally with potential customers to build rapport and trust.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Clearly explain Incorpify’s service offerings and address any customer inquiries.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales and customer conversion goals.
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar CSR role.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively engage customers.
- Confident and professional demeanor suitable for a client-facing position.
- Ability to consistently follow up and close sales opportunities.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage records and communication tools.
- Candidates based in Lahore are preferred due to the on-site nature of the role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a full-time, on-site position located near UET, GT Road, Lahore.
- Office hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
