We are seeking a responsible and experienced Dispenser to join a General Physician’s clinic. The ideal candidate will support the physician in daily clinical tasks, including patient care, medicine dispensing, and basic clinical procedures. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain accurate records while working under the direct supervision of the doctor. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and requires hands-on involvement in patient handling and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines accurately according to the doctor’s prescriptions.
- Clearly explain medicine timing and basic usage instructions to patients as directed.
- Assist the General Physician during routine examinations and clinical procedures.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, and weight.
- Prepare patients for examinations and minor procedures.
- Administer injections, IVs, nebulization, dressings, or other basic procedures only when trained, authorized, and instructed by the physician.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensing and treatment areas.
- Ensure medicines and medical supplies are properly stored and arranged.
- Monitor stock levels of medicines and consumables, notifying management when supplies are low.
- Regularly check expiry dates and segregate expired or damaged medicines.
- Keep accurate patient records, prescriptions, and clinic documentation.
- Handle patients with politeness and professionalism.
- Adhere to infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
- Promptly report any unusual patient conditions or emergencies to the doctor.
- Refrain from diagnosing or independently prescribing or altering medications.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Dispenser or Medical Technician qualification or recognized certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, medical center, or healthcare setting.
- Good knowledge of commonly used medicines and dispensing practices.
- Experience with injections, IV cannulation, nebulization, dressing, and basic clinical procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to accurately check and record vital signs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently under the supervision of a General Physician.
- Basic skills in record-keeping and medicine stock management.
- Commitment to professional ethics and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working alongside a General Physician or in a family clinic, hospital, or medical center. They should be capable of independently managing routine dispensing and clinic support duties while strictly following the doctor’s instructions and clinical protocols. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs15,000 to Rs20,000. This is an in-person role requiring dedication to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinic operations.
