Experienced FE Verifiers & Closers

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd., located in Rawalpindi, is looking to hire experienced Final Expense (FE) Verifiers and Closers for a full-time, onsite position. This role requires working night shifts and is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the Final Expense campaign. Strong English communication skills and a results-driven mindset are essential. Immediate joiners will be given preference to fill this position quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform verification and closing tasks within the Final Expense campaign efficiently.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients.
- Consistently achieve and surpass performance targets set by the management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to enhance processes and meet campaign objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and schedules while working onsite during night shifts.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Final Expense campaign is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success as an FE Verifier or Closer.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to persuade and engage clients effectively.
- At least one year of experience working in a call center environment.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
