Experienced Female Interior Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative female Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of modern and luxury interior design. This role requires the ability to translate concepts into functional, elegant spaces that meet client expectations. The successful candidate will work on both residential and commercial projects, contributing to all phases from initial design to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals tailored to residential and commercial projects.
- Create mood boards, select materials, design furniture layouts, and establish cohesive color schemes.
- Prepare and present detailed 2D and 3D design presentations to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
- Select appropriate furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and decorative elements that align with project goals.
- Take precise measurements and prepare accurate space plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with client requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in interior design, materials, and luxury furniture styles.
- Support the sales team by assisting with client presentations and project proposals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant interior design experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, lighting, color theory, and spatial planning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating previous interior design work is essential.
