Experienced Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team based in Multan. The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design, a thorough understanding of current visual trends, and the ability to consistently produce professional, high-quality work. This role involves working on real client projects across various mediums, including creative campaigns, branding, websites, social media, and digital marketing materials, all within a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling designs that align with project goals and brand guidelines. Your tasks will include designing logos and brand identities, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and promotional graphics. You will also be responsible for website graphics, landing page visuals, and other digital assets. Additionally, you will develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and business documents.

You will interpret creative briefs and client requirements to develop original concepts, prepare design variations, and revise work based on feedback. Maintaining visual consistency across projects and platforms is essential. Collaboration with web and marketing teams to support campaign objectives through design is a key part of the role. Proper organization of design files, preparation of final assets for delivery, staying current with design trends and industry standards, and managing multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining quality are also expected.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Figma is advantageous. Expertise in logo and brand identity design, social media graphics, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy is essential. Experience in creating digital advertising creatives, a basic understanding of web/UI design, image editing and retouching skills, and the ability to prepare print-ready files are also required.

We seek a designer who combines technical proficiency with creative problem-solving. You should be detail-oriented, confident in design decisions, able to understand briefs clearly, and work independently. Being receptive to feedback and making timely revisions, managing deadlines effectively, ensuring consistent quality, and handling multiple projects simultaneously are important. Professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement are key attributes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with 2 to 3+ years of professional graphic design experience are preferred. Experience in an agency environment or working with international clients will be considered a significant advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and practical design skills are encouraged to apply.

This is an on-site position based in Multan. The salary range is Rs25,000 to Rs60,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
