Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell Medicare plans to potential clients.
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Adopt a customer-focused approach while achieving business objectives.
