Experienced Medicare Verification Agent

We are seeking experienced and motivated Medicare Verification Agents to join our expanding BPO team. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in Medicare campaigns, strong communication skills, and the ability to accurately verify customer information while adhering to compliance standards. This role involves handling Medicare-related calls, ensuring eligibility verification, and supporting the overall customer verification process with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound Medicare-related calls.
- Verify customer information in accordance with approved procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Follow company-approved scripts and maintain adherence to all compliance requirements.
- Accurately document call records and dispositions for reporting and quality assurance.
- Transfer eligible prospects to licensed agents when authorized and appropriate.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a Medicare campaign or similar environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience handling Medicare-related calls and verifying customer data.
- Basic understanding of Medicare eligibility criteria and common plan terminology.
- Ability to follow scripts and comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Professional demeanor with a target-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with prior Medicare verification experience will be given preference. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs100,000 per month, reflecting experience and performance. The work location is flexible and primarily on the road, providing a dynamic work environment.
