Experienced Sales Closers

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd., based in Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join their team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role requires professionals who are confident, motivated, and skilled in converting qualified leads into successful sales within a competitive BPO environment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, handle objections with ease, and consistently meet performance targets while working night shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer trust through clear and effective communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Adhere to campaign guidelines and ensure high call quality standards.
- Utilize strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to maximize sales.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Closer in a call center environment is mandatory.
- Proven ability to work on US-based campaigns, preferably in Final Expense (FE) or Affordable Care Act (ACA) sectors.
- Excellent spoken English and strong customer-handling skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in objection handling and negotiation.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Availability to work onsite during night shifts.
- Minimum of one year of call center experience.
