Experienced sales executive in truck dispatching campaign

We are seeking an experienced Sales Agent to join our trucking and transportation company based in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2+ years of proven sales experience within the trucking or transportation industry. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills to effectively promote our services, generate new business, and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to meet monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote trucking and transportation services to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and develop new sales leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably within trucking, logistics, freight, or transportation sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
