Experienced Sales Executive - Night Shift

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our U.S. Auto Transport campaign, working night shifts. While prior experience in auto transport is not essential, candidates must have at least one year of cold-calling experience on campaigns targeting customers in the U.S., U.K., or Canada. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to generate leads, close sales, and consistently meet or exceed targets. Excellent English communication and persuasion skills are crucial, as this role operates in a fast-paced call center environment. This position requires working in person at our Karachi office during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers primarily in the U.S. market.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales by clearly communicating the benefits of our auto transport services.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Participate actively in training sessions and implement new techniques to boost performance.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of cold-calling experience within a call center environment.
- Experience working on campaigns targeting customers based in the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, with excellent persuasion skills.
- Availability to work night shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM PST.
- Ability to work on-site at the Karachi office.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in auto transport sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- New hires will undergo a three-month probation period with a basic salary of PKR 40,000 plus a 3% commission.
- During probation, a mandatory monthly sales target of $400 must be met for three consecutive months to continue employment.
- Upon successful completion of probation, employees will be confirmed permanently with a salary adjusted based on sales performance.
