Experienced US Cold Caller for Website Sales (Commission-Only Partner)

Propello specializes in creating professional websites for contractors across the United States. We are seeking ambitious and experienced cold callers to join us as partners, not employees. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in clients, while we handle website creation and deal closure. This partnership model offers unlimited earning potential based on your performance, with no cap on commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to contractors using the lead list provided.
- Present a free demo website to interested leads and collect their details.
- Coordinate with the Propello team to have a custom demo site built within an hour for each lead.
- Follow up with the contractor by sharing the demo link and confirming their interest in going live.
- Communicate pricing details: a one-time setup fee of $1,500 and a monthly fee of $97.
- Once the client agrees to pricing, hand over the client to Propello for onboarding.

Required Qualifications
- Must have a US phone number and a functional dialer setup.
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
- Ability to make a minimum of 100 calls per day is preferred.
- Clear, confident spoken English with a natural and friendly tone.
- Availability to call during US business hours.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable handling rejection.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- This is a commission-only role with no base salary. You will earn $500 for every client who signs and pays following your lead. There is no limit to your earnings—closing ten clients results in $5,000.
- Propello provides the lead list, call scripts, training lessons, and builds a custom demo site for each interested lead within the hour.
- The company handles client onboarding and processes payments, releasing commissions once the client’s payment is received.
- You are responsible for providing your own US phone number and dialer setup.
- The partnership model encourages growth: the more clients you bring in, the larger your potential earnings and involvement.
- Propello operates with fast communication and same-day demo builds to keep follow-up calls warm. High performers may receive further investment and support.

- The total number of cold calls made to date.
- Your best cold calling result.
- Details of the dialer and US phone number you use.

Shortlisted candidates will receive the call script and training materials, followed by a live interview where you will pitch as if to a contractor business owner. Successful candidates will be onboarded as partners and given access to the lead list.
