Expert Consumer Products- Telco Payments

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Consumer Products professional specializing in Telco Payments to lead and expand the Loads & Packages portfolio alongside Digital Accounts within the Consumer Products team. This role involves executing the product roadmap, optimizing current offerings, and launching new initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Manager of Consumer Products, Digital Financial Services, the successful candidate will monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product enhancements. This position is based in Islamabad and plays a crucial role in driving growth, operational excellence, and innovation across core financial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Loads & Packages and Digital Accounts, defining value propositions and growth levers aligned with business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth, including managing lifecycle initiatives for Digital Accounts.
- Manage and optimize product offerings such as pricing, bundles, and account features to enhance customer value.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to increase adoption and usage.
- Monitor product performance, usage trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify gaps and implement continuous improvements.
- Oversee daily operations including pricing updates, configurations, reconciliations, and reporting, while seeking automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with technology, finance, marketing, customer experience, product development, and telco partners to deliver integrations, conduct UATs, implement enhancements, and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions and business cases.

Required Qualifications

- 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in Telecom, Fintech, or digital financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Mobile Top-ups/Loads & Packages and Digital Wallets/Accounts with hands-on experience in product operations and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decisions, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AI and experience in automation or process optimization is a strong plus.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders for product growth.
- A digital and growth mindset focused on customer experience and innovation, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
