This role at Expert Digital Platforms involves full stack development focused on designing, building, scaling, and deploying digital solutions that support Jazz’s internal platforms and enterprise systems. The position plays a critical role in advancing Jazz’s digital transformation by developing internal portals, automated workflows, and digital tools. The platforms managed include ServiceNow, custom web applications, and other enterprise digital systems. Candidates must demonstrate a strong full stack engineering mindset, the ability to write production-quality code across the entire technology stack, and proven experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal digital platforms and enterprise systems to support business operations.
- Build scalable and secure web applications and automated workflows that align with Jazz’s transformation goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and production-grade code across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of deployed applications and platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to maintain high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize system downtime.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a full stack developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong programming skills and familiarity with frameworks and languages relevant to enterprise digital platforms.
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable digital solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
