Expert Financial Planning & Analysis

JazzCash is seeking an Expert in Financial Planning & Analysis to play a pivotal role in turning financial insight into a compelling performance story for its digital financial services business. This role involves comprehensive reporting and analysis to provide a holistic view of the business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for KPI reporting, forecasting, and comparing actual results against targets and business plans. Collaboration with internal teams across product, service, and banking functions is essential to ensure financial inputs are realistic and aligned with business objectives. Based in Islamabad, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading mobile financial services platform that empowers millions across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver KPI reports that are complete, accurate, and aligned with business definitions.
- Develop and maintain performance management dashboards to analyze business results against key performance indicators.
- Create periodic management reports and presentation decks for shareholders and senior leadership.
- Support business teams in forecasting and business plan preparation, tracking actual performance against targets.
- Organize and participate in business challenge meetings to drive actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including product, service, and banking teams, to ensure financial data accuracy and relevance.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in management reporting, business analytics, or performance management.
- A relevant undergraduate or graduate degree, or a professional finance certification.
- Proficiency in building financial models using Excel; experience with BI tools and SQL is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills combined with solid business acumen and a clear understanding of financial concepts and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a structured manner.
- Experience in telecom, banking, or financial services sectors is preferred, with fintech experience considered an advantage.
