We are currently looking for a creative and motivated Team Lead to head our Graphic Designing and Video Editing department. This role demands a professional who excels in both graphic design and video production, combined with strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creative process, guiding a team of talented designers and editors, and ensuring that all visual content meets client objectives and adheres to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and video editors, overseeing projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Ensure consistent application of the creative vision and brand guidelines across all visual materials.
- Develop and execute design strategies to enhance client-facing visual content.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics produced by team members.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to produce cohesive designs aligned with client goals.
- Provide training, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design, video editing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, and CapCut.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively inspire and manage a creative team.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently.
- Creative and strategic thinker with keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, Fine Arts, Media Sciences, or a related discipline.
