Expert Public Sector Partnerships

JazzCash is seeking an Expert Public Sector Partnerships professional to lead and expand its engagement with government and public sector entities across Pakistan. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of digital payment solutions nationwide by managing high-value government and INGO tenders, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring seamless integration of services. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams such as product, technology, and business intelligence to leverage data-driven insights and analytics, ultimately contributing to the company’s mission of enabling millions of people and businesses to access financial services every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of JazzCash products and solutions, utilizing market research and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between regional teams, internal stakeholders, and public sector organizations, advocating for digital payment adoption and pursuing strategic partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting government and INGO tenders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client requirements and competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, new verticals, and digital payment opportunities through strategic presentations, pitch decks, and data-driven initiatives to support revenue and volume growth.
- Monitor and forecast the performance of existing partnerships using dashboards and detailed reporting tools to provide clear visibility into progress and outcomes.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of backend operations, digital finance regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Practical experience working with public sector entities is preferred, along with familiarity with the fintech and banking sectors.
- Solid understanding of digital payment products, including Collections, Disbursements, and Payment Gateway services.
- Strong skills in technical writing, business analytics, research, and presentation, particularly proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and market research capabilities.
