Export Manager

We are looking for a skilled Export Manager to join our team based in Sector I-9, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in export sales or international business development, with a strong focus on the Middle Eastern markets. This role requires working onsite from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience. The Export Manager will be responsible for driving international sales growth by identifying and engaging B2B clients, managing the entire sales process, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential B2B clients across the Middle East region.
- Conduct daily cold calls to prospective international customers to generate interest.
- Develop and implement email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Research and discover new companies, distributors, importers, and business opportunities within the target market.
- Convert international sales leads into successful business transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, communication, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Develop new international accounts while sustaining existing customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, order processing, and delivery requirements.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities in the Middle East.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, sales activities, and client accounts.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, conversions, and overall sales performance.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in export sales, international sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in B2B international sales and lead generation.
- Strong cold-calling and email outreach capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of international sales processes and export procedures.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to research and identify potential international clients effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in MS Office applications, CRM tools, email marketing, and lead-generation platforms.
- Capable of managing multiple prospects and follow-ups efficiently.
