Export officer

Trepak International is looking for a skilled and experienced Export Officer to oversee and manage its international export operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with overseas B2B customers and ensuring the efficient execution of export shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders to maintain smooth export processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate international export orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and international customers to facilitate seamless export operations.
- Handle communications and follow-ups with B2B export customers to maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and international trade procedures.
- Monitor shipments throughout the export process and maintain accurate records for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the export field.
- Proven experience working with international B2B customers.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as experience with SAP B1 and CRM systems.
- Must be based in Gujranwala and able to work on-site.
