The Export Specialist plays a vital role in managing and executing daily export operations to ensure smooth and efficient international shipments. This position involves overseeing accurate documentation, maintaining compliance with global trade regulations, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery of export orders while upholding quality standards. The Export Specialist works closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to support the company’s export activities and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure shipments are dispatched on schedule.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents to manage all aspects of export operations.
- Track and monitor shipment schedules to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of export orders, shipments, and customer files for reference and compliance.
- Assist in negotiating freight rates to secure cost-effective shipping solutions without compromising service quality.
- Provide support to international clients by offering shipment updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Ensure packaging and labeling comply with international standards and meet customer specifications.
- Conduct basic market research to help identify new export opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Prepare export performance reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to international quality standards throughout the export process.
- Collaborate with the export manager to develop and enhance export procedures and workflows.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in export operations and documentation, preferably within the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience negotiating freight rates and managing relationships with logistics providers is highly valued.
