- Handling E-Commerce Projects and future updates.

- Troubleshooting Web & App issues to provide IT with replication steps and help in solving the problem
- Executing all marketing campaigns on the website including Cart Rules, Bundles Creation, Landing Pages, URL Redirects, etc.
- Maintaining the website SEO by applying the On-Page SEO strategy.
- Testing New features and developments.
- Dispatching the daily email shots, and managing MailChimp account.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). first party and its clients where needed
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Team building and overall task management among the team members.
- Manage and control the CRM (Sales Force) and support software like Zapier in order to record all the leads in the system.
