Extreme Commerce; the leading provider of managed services for eCommerce brands is seeking for Senior Account Officer.
- Provides financial information to management by analyzing accounting data, preparing reports.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare yearly financials and coordinate with Auditor.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and word skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software
