JNJ Polymer Limited is seeking two skilled Extruder Operators to join its Production and Maintenance team at the Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore. This full-time position requires candidates to work in shifts and report directly to the Manager of Production & Maintenance. The role involves operating extrusion machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring product quality, and maintaining smooth production processes. Immediate joining is expected for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the extruder according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adjusting temperature, speed, and pressure settings while feeding materials in the correct ratios.
- Inspect the output for defects, take samples regularly, and collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve any quality issues.
- Achieve daily production targets, minimize scrap and downtime, and maintain accurate production logs.
- Perform die and material changeovers, clean screens and hoppers, and promptly report any equipment breakdowns.
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), following lockout/tagout procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Matriculation, Intermediate, or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in extrusion operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with plastic extrusion processes, including Masterbatch, PVC, PPRC, recycling, or PET extrusion, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of machine operation and process control, including temperature, speed, and pressure adjustments.
- Competence in polymer materials, quality inspection, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks.
