This role demands expertise in transforming 2D CAD files and conceptual sketches into photorealistic 3D models and renderings that bring architectural projects to life. The ideal candidate demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles and excels in the use of industry-standard software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop. The position does not require managing a team but emphasizes strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within project teams and with clients. The 3D Architectural Visualizer at Eyevision creates detailed and realistic visual representations of interior and exterior architectural spaces. This involves developing high-quality 3D models, applying accurate lighting and texturing, and producing post-production enhancements to create compelling visual presentations. Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and client requirements to accurately represent interior and exterior spaces.
Apply realistic lighting, shading, and texturing techniques using rendering engines like V-Ray and Corona Renderer to achieve photorealistic effects.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure visualizations meet design intent and project goals.
Convert 2D CAD drawings and conceptual sketches into high-fidelity 3D visualizations, maintaining precision and architectural accuracy.
Perform post-production and compositing work in Photoshop and other editing tools to enhance visual impact and presentation quality.
Maintain knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard visualization software to deliver cutting-edge visual content.
Manage rendering workflows efficiently to meet strict project deadlines without compromising on quality.
Review and refine 3D visualizations based on feedback from internal teams and clients to achieve desired outcomes.
Address technical challenges with innovative solutions to improve rendering performance and image quality.
Support the creative team by sharing expertise and contributing ideas to enhance overall project deliverables.
Ensure consistency in lighting setups, materials, and textures across multiple projects to maintain brand and design standards.
