EZ GO Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 12 months of experience who are eager to develop their careers in sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the company's revenue by generating leads, executing sales strategies, and closing sales. Strong communication skills and familiarity with sales tools, such as Salesforce, are essential for success in this position. As a Sales Executive, you will work independently and collaboratively, focusing on building relationships with potential clients and supporting the growth of EZ GO Services without managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through prospecting and networking activities.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions offered by EZ GO Services.
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and update the sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to effectively position company products and services.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients, answering queries and resolving concerns to facilitate closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales progress to management.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance sales skills and product understanding.
