  • Customer centric with a sense of urgency towards customer needs. 
  • An independent, take charge type person with leadership qualities [leadership not by title, leadership by action]
  • Problem solving skills and analytical thinker
  • Able to manage stress
  • Work ethics, punctual, respectful, and desire to learn. 
  • Desire to learn and share

Desired skills – Good to have

  • Technical knowledge of electronics and technology devices [Android]
  • Owns a motor cycle.
  • Answering questions about a company's services.
  • Delivering information about a company's offerings.
  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Resolving issues and helping with troubleshooting technical problems (training will be provided).
  • Providing proactive customer outreach.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Essentially, the 3 important qualities of customer service centered around three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude.
