We have a dire need for a Customer service representative with right skills to improve themselves and help grow the company.

Technical knowledge of electronics and technology devices [Android]
Owns a motor cycle.
Answering questions about a company's services.

Resolving issues and helping with troubleshooting technical problems (training will be provided).
Providing proactive customer outreach.
Handling customer complaints.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
Essentially, the 3 important qualities of customer service centered around three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude.
