You’ll need the intellectual firepower to grasp complex policy issues as well as the ability to articulate clearly and simply how eZhire is a better alternative and can help improve transportation for everyone—both orally and in writing.
A strong campaigner: Smartphone apps are disruptive, and the interests being disrupted are deeply entrenched.
So you’ll need to put together proactive campaigns involving passengers, drivers, and third parties that demonstrate there’s a better alternative to today’s outdated status quo.
That means having a bias for action in everything you do—and a willingness to engage in debates, that can often become heated.
A team player: Success at eZhire depends on the ability to organize different teams (internally and externally) around shared goals.

A Leader: You will be guiding the Marketing team in the right direction while educating them on the latest developments, strategies, and goals. Represent eZhire on marketing platforms and be at the forefront of bringing in new and creative ideas.
What You’ll Do
Define and implement a framework to identify and prioritize strategies and campaigns for eZhire
Be a key marketing leader and devise near and long-term strategies to grow eZhire
Drive actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy (e.g. user and competitive research)
Create go to market strategy for new eZhire campaigns and international launches (e.g. set investment, drive go to market plans, establish strategies, etc)
Co-develop high impact local campaigns through innovative channels
Educate local teams on marketing strategy, campaign briefs, and report
Work on the brand fundamentals and ensure that all business efforts are aligned to them
Work with operations and sales teams to ensure the customer journey is cohesive at all points.
Develop, launch, and track multi-market integrated campaigns across digital, offline including above the line and below the line channels
Work with in-house media teams and agencies to find, buy and optimize media channel mix
Work with in-house design teams and agencies to develop communication materials for different targets and stakeholders
Continuously suggest improvements in the digital assets of eZhire to further increase the UI/UX of the platforms
Measure the impact of brand campaigns to substantiate future investments in our brand
Pursue a deep consumer and clients understanding working together with the Marketing Research team in the search for relevant business insights
Ask the right questions and build a hypothesis for brand growth opportunities and work with the Marketing Research team to validate them
Develop cross-platform digital communications marketing strategies that engage users
Ensure email/SMS/Push Notification messaging is 100% accessible to everyone on both web and mobile
Manage the schedule of deployment to optimize user response and actively manage subscriber lists
Generate, analyze, and interpret data for communications campaigns, including structuring experiments
Show the ability to work with CRM Tools (fast learner)
Work closely with our teams for strategic campaigns
Build structures, processes, and guidance for the marketing team and work together to develop creative campaigns to engage and retain eaters.
Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity with the rest of the team and act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as the tone of voice of copy.
Overseeing PPC campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment.
Writing informative and effective search engine optimized copy for the website and external blog postings.
Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns.
Monitoring return on investment for different online marketing campaigns.
Managing the content diary for social media content.
Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant.
Acquire and test free acquisition channels: Acquire and test free acquisition channels (such as referral, content marketing, etc) and dig deeper to figure out ways to grow these levels
Optimize Onboarding: Will play a large part in improving customer onboarding and lifecycle marketing. Tests should include funnel optimization but also best practices around deep-linking depending on user context/source/behavior
Build engagement/retention loops and campaigns: Utilize data and user behavior to retain users and fight churn. science/machine learnings to improve the performance of these systems as we scale
Growth process: Will be expected to submit new growth ideas weekly to the team and have the ability to test these ideas and be autonomous
Requirements of the role:
Master’s degree in Marketing.
Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent.
Experience managing Google Adwords PPC, SEO, Email marketing (Mailchimp), and social media, blogging, and Affiliate programs.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Previous experience in a similar marketing role at a Managerial position preferably in a startup
Strong experience in both online/digital and offline marketing
