Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze user requirements
- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
- Develop Java EE applications
- Write well-designed, efficient code
- Review, test and debug team members’ code
- Design database architecture
- Schedule product releases with internal teams
- Document development phases
- Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date
- Train in-house personnel and other end users on software and applications.
- Remain informed of current trends and technology developments.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve the company’s product research and development goals.
Requirements
- Junior Java Developer with 2-3 years of experience (Required).
- Experience designing, building, and testing Java EE applications and must have Web Service knowledge.
- Must have experience with Java Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and AngularJS/Angular UI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries such as Bootstrap, JQuery, etc.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB (Stored Procedure, Triggers, Views, etc)
- Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
- Follows coding best practices (unit testing, documentation, GIT source control, etc).
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Good delegation and time management skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
