The Facebook Optimization Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. This role centers on analyzing page performance, optimizing content and posting strategies, and applying best practices to boost reach, engagement, and conversions. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, refining audience targeting, and working alongside content and design teams to enhance overall page effectiveness. Managing optimization projects, preparing detailed performance reports, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders are essential components of this role. Staying up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends is crucial to continuously improve optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze page performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Required Qualifications
